Join us on Capitol Hill Wednesday, October 4th for our superhero budget & tax delivery!

President Trump and extremist Republican leaders in the U.S. Congress are busy writing a plan that would hand out massive tax breaks to millionaires, billionaires, and wealthy corporations―at your expense. To pay for their scheme (a proposed $1.5 TRILLION in tax cuts to the wealthy), they want to make deep cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, disaster relief, education programs and many other critical public services that we hold dear and that our families and communities depend on.

We want YOU and your little superheroes to join us on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, October 4th at 10:30 a.m. to speak out and let Senators know that they must use their superpowers to protect our families' health care, nutrition, and education! We will be delivering stories from moms across the country and cape-wearing teddy bears to key Senators. We also will be meeting with a few key decision makers.

Here are the details:

Who: Moms, dads, kids, and concerned voters

Where: In front of the HUGE black mountain sculpture in the lobby of the Hart Senate Office Building (Constitution Ave. between 1st and 2nd NE. Closest metro station is Union Station).

When: Wednesday, October 4^th at 10:30a.m. ET

**The delivery is superhero-themed, so feel free to wear costumes, your MomsRising t-shirt, or anything that shows your super powers! Kids are very welcome and can also wear costumes.
