Have you ever wished you could connect with other MomsRising members in your local community? Now you can!
MomsRising has over a million members nationwide, and more than 42,000 right here in North Carolina, including other folks in Winston-Salem and the surrounding area.
While it's great (and powerful!) to come together online, sometimes you just want to have the chance to get to know each other in person and talk about the issues affecting families in your own community.
That's why we were so excited when Elizabeth, Ellen, and Megan reached out about hosting a meet up in Winston-Salem.
Here are the details:
What: MomsRising MeetUp (We'll provide pizza and drinks!)
When: Tuesday, April 25th, from 5:30-7:30 pm Dinner/ gathering at 5:30, meeting 6-7:30
Where: Highland Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 2381 Cloverdale Ave, Winston-Salem
Who: As with everything MomsRising does, you don't have to be a mom to attend and kids are always welcome. (We'll have crafts to keep them busy and happy!) The more the merrier, so invite your friends and neighbors!
